The Ireland SIG meets this Tuesday the 18th at 1 pm in the Navajo Room, Social Hall. This is our first meeting of the season. Ken Jordan will give a presentation on DNA and genetic genealogy. We’ll also discuss topics for upcoming meetings. All SCVGS members, including prospective ones, are welcome.

Webinar: Legacy Family Tree is offering an online webinar this Wednesday the 19th at 11 AM Tucson time. The topic is “The Three C’s of Irish Research: Civil Registration, Church Records, and Census.” The speaker is Judith Eccles Wright. If you’d like to participate, you may sign up at the Legacy webinar page. We may view this webinar at a later SIG meeting, but don’t know yet if that will be possible.
