DearMYRTLE has announced a series of webinars on WordPress for Genealogists. WordPress is the site Sue Huffer and I chose to host our club’s website. The series of four webinars runs once a week from June 18th through July 16th. Taneya Koonce will teach. She has a Master’s in Library Science and is the Tennessee US GenWeb State Coordinator.

WordPress, like Blogger, has developed a way to construct web sites that’s a lot easier to use. These webinars will be of interest to anyone who’d like to create a blog/website on any topic, and also to anyone who might be interested in helping develop our club’s site.
