Bill Randall

Bill Randall, longtime genealogy club member, passed away last Monday January 28, 2013, at the age of 79. His wife Sharon is also a club member.

Russ remembers Bill as a “faithful facilitator” in volunteering to help at the club rooms. I also remember him from Sun City’s barbershop group, the Kactus Krooners, where he’d help me as I stumbled along.

Some of Bill’s genealogical work is available online at his Genealogy Home Page. He was able to trace his Randall line back to Alexander Randall, who was born about 1700, probably in the British Isles, and emigrated to New Jersey where he was “a prominent citizen and patriot.”
