The Daughters of the American Revolution hold a revered status among genealogists. In some circles it is deemed an honor to hold the designation of a DAR. Our speakers this month are such honorees. Lynne has worked in the headquarters of the DAR, in fact she recently returned after working six months in the DC office. Among her duties was verifying the applications to gain the DAR designation. Art’s lineage includes several ancestors from the Revolutionary War era, including a general.
Please join us for a meeting and presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 12th at 1PM in the Navajo Room.
