Our Irish SIG stopped meeting a while back. But since everyone’s Irish on St. Patrick’s day, I thought I’d let you know about a guide to Irish genealogy records called “New Irish Genealogy Records 2014“. It’s a 20-page PDF file available for free. Thanks to Christine O’Takerian for letting us know about this.
Dues and Membership
Annual dues are $20/person or $30/couple, payable in January for the calendar year. Checks should be made payabe to “SCVGS”. Our club is sponsored by Sun City Oro Valley. Club membership is limited to current and former residents.

Second Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Activity Center’s Navajo Room.

- May 12, 2020 – The Family History Guide with a little bit about what’s available at Tucson’s Family History Center East

St. Patrick was Scotish! Just because he died in Ireland doesn’t make him Irish!!!! No comments please… My 2nd great grandfather was from Ireland and his wife from Scotland.
