Our club has a copy of the 1890 Swedish Census on PC #1. Joan Allen donated this four years ago. Here’s a link to the post announcing its availability. For more details on what it contains, see this FamilySearch Wiki page.
The Swedish database ArkivDigital is offering free access this weekend. ArkivDigital provides 50 million images of Church books, estate records, tax, court, and military records and a variety of others. Dates range from 1710 to 1940. It’s fairly expensive (roughly $26/month or $130/year) so the free trial might be a good way to see if you want to spring for it.
ArkivDigital does not just use your web browser. It has a desktop program you download and install. I’ve installed it on PC #5 in case anyone would like to give it a try. Demo mode is available now; you can see records for “Röke” parish. The trial version of the full database will be available Saturday morning. If you’d like someone to monitor then please let me know.
