Wikipedia

Thank you to  Pam Ingermanson for giving us such an interesting talk on Wikipedia in the FamilySearch.org website.    Pam and I would like to thank Frances Rubino for telling us that Ellis Island was used as a detention camp during WWI and WWII.

Copies of Pam’s  handout will be placed outside the genealogy library on Wednesday afternoon, the 18th.   If you weren’t able to attend our November meeting, please pick one up.

It would be wonderful if all speaker’s handouts could be scanned to a PDF file and attached to the email posting so everyone could have access to them.
