As Andrea mentioned at Tuesday’s meeting, Bonnie Frasca and the Mitchells donated some books to our club library. They’ve been cataloged and are available for borrowing. They are:
- George K. Schweitzer’s two books on Midwest research: “Illinois Genealogical Research” and “Missouri Genealogical Research” (both 1997), shelved in the US section under their respective states;
- Maureen Taylor’s two books on photographs: “Preserving Your Family Photographs” (2001) and “Uncovering Your Ancestry through Family Photographs” (2005), shelved in Photography;
- Matthew Helm’s “Genealogy Online for Dummies” (2008), shelved in Research.
The links for each of these books will take you to our online catalog. The books may be borrowed whenever our club room is open. Check our online calendar to see.
